Cindy and Chris’ Engagement Shoot
We began the shoot at Toronto City Hall where we did some formal portraits in front of our favourite City Hall wall.
At dusk, we headed over to Osgoode Hall and took some less formal photos in front of the grand architecture as well as by the glowing lamp posts.
Once it was almost completely dark out, we took a walk to Queen Street West and got creative with some fashion style photographs and poses.
Finally, we went to the skating rink at Nathan Phillips Square and took some documentary style photos of Cindy and Chris ‘on a date’.

Hi Nika and Dusan,
Enrique and I are thrilled with both the photos and the video taken of our engagement and our wedding. I cannot express how often our guests have gushed about your work. You found the best shots to capture the spirit of each event, and the video is a pleasure to watch! We’ve directed many people to the trailer and they are blown away by the quality. The art you’ve produced is outstanding.
Not only were we impressed with the end product, but what made it all wonderful was your passion for what you do. It was wonderful working with you both - from the planning and conceptualizing to the hustle of the actual wedding weekend, you were so helpful and cheerful and made the experience enjoyable. Our meetings were more like sitting down and chatting with friends. You really wanted to know us to get a better idea of our preferences, and you were almost excited along with us, that we so greatly appreciated all the effort you both put into our wedding. It truly reflected in the best possible work I could have expected.

My husband and I got married a year ago and we are still very thankful that we selected Nika and Dusan to be our photographers. They captured our special moments in an incredible variety of styles so that we now have photos that truly reflect our treasured memories. Your wedding is a once in a lifetime event and with Nika and Dusan I felt reasured that, no matter what else happend, our pictures would be perfect. They were fun and easy to work with and their love for their work is clear. I am just now finalizing my wedding album and Nika has been a huge help. She has a great eye for which photos best capture the emotions of the day. I am still so pleased every time I look back at my wedding pictures. They are beautiful beyond words and exactly what we wanted. I look forward to working with Nika and Dusan again in the future.

The Most Beautiful Referral!
Thursday, July 9th, 2009Today we found the most beautiful referral letter on the Discussion Board of our Facebook Group.
Suchart and I had our marriage ceremony and wedding party on June 20, 2009. It was one of the happiest days for us. We really enjoyed our wedding day. This was partly due to the professional, friendly and outstanding work of Nika and Dusan.
From the beginning - the booking - to the end - receiving our photos, Nika and Dusan were clear in their process and respectful of our style and wishes.
Suchart - a Master martial artist - and me - a professor - have distinct styles and characters and we wanted these respected and represented in our photographs. Nika and Dusan understood our style and needs, and more importantly respected and celebrated our uniqueness and personalities.
Reliable, sensitive, and exceptionally skilled - we received the most beautiful photos and had so much fun in the process. Nika and Dusan make an amazing team - one took photos close up, while the other found the most interesting angles. One took candids, while the other spent time taking structured, well framed family portraits. We were so pleased. For us, their strengths were in capturing the emotions of the day - people’s expressions - and key moments between people. Our photos were not just photos - so many of them were creatively artistic.
The only challenge we had was deciding which of the photos to enlarge - they were ALL amazing!
We strongly recommend Nika and Dusan as photographers for any occasion. Their work is stellar and their style is professional yet personal… a perfect combination for your special day.
