I felt a very big connection to this wedding because Dallas was one of my best friends in junior high school. Our life stories took us into different directions since our teenage years and her and Dennis’ wedding helped our paths cross again. They were married on my birthday this year and I was exceptionally happy and honoured to be there to photograph their wedding.

We’re constantly upgrading our equipment at Wild Orchid Creations and this season, we’ve begun using a crane, a jib arm and a slider. This wedding was shot with three video cameras, one of them being a DSLR.
